According to the news of June 19th from Bubble Network, Diablo 3 has been repeatedly questioned by the players since it entered the market. The Consumer Protection Organization in South Korea and France successively launched an act to Blizzard Entertainment, for the game players can no longer bear this online game. South Korean players take drastic measures to Diablo 3. They not only ask the police to search the headquarter of Blizzard Korea, but also send the staff to court.
Bad news came again when the Blizzard was busy dealing with the lawsuit. This time, the German Consumer Organization (VZBV) could not stand the game either. The organization directly accused them of serious violation against the German antitrust law.
The problem lies in the packing box of Diablo 3. German pointed out that Diablo 3 didn't mark out that this game can only be played after having the network in the packing box. At the same time ,the package also didn't indicate that it will be permanently tied to buyers' battle net account, which is a blatant fraud to customers. It is not exaggeration to say that this act is a monopoly. VZBV hopes that these small details must be clearly marked out on the box of the entity version's Diablo 3.
It is reported that Blizzard must make a response on the matter before July 13, otherwise, they will pay a higher price.
